Winter Haven Resort Owned & Managed RV Lot Rental Information

Winter Haven Resort has a number of RV Lots available for rental.
In addition, individual owners of RV Lots are able to rent their RV Lot spaces. All reservations require a deposit of $100 per month. If for one month or less, deposit is half of the rental fee  (Scroll below for details.)

Rental Rates:

If it becomes necessary to change your arrival date or to cancel your reservation, please advise this office as soon as possible. Cancellation must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to arrival in order to issue a refund.  No refunds will be given for early departure.   There is a $50 service charge for any refund.  
*It may, in some extreme circumstances, be necessary for us to change you to another lot even after we have confirmed your reservations to a certain lot.
